We are an independent label from and based in Singapore, South East of Asia
2. How do I order your products?
Order and pay safely via our website — simply add to cart and checkout with the payment methods available below. You will be prompted to create an account with Gypsied, or you can also choose Guest Checkout.
3. What are the Payment Methods available?
All prices stated in our store are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). You may toggle between currencies on the top left of the page.
We accept Credit Card & PayPal payment for international orders.
For Credit Cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We are now accepting Bank Transfer for all local (Singapore) orders. Payment details will be provided at the end of your order.
Alternatively, you can also opt for a Debit, Credit or PayPal payment.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Local orders are automatically eligible for a flat rate fee of $4.90 for orders below $35. For orders above $35, we deliver to you for free.
International Shipping is a flat rate of SGD20 anywhere in the world for orders below SGD80. Free shipping is available for orders SGD80 and above.
5. How will my order be shipped?
We ship via Singapore Post only.
6. Can I track my order?
Once your order is mailed, we will send you an update with your tracking number via email. You may track your order (if applicable) on Singapore Post or the postal service website of the country of your origin.
7. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Please refer below for approximate delivery times.
Local orders take between 3-5 business days to be delivered to you from the time of mailing.
Approximate shipping times from the time of mailing:
USA - 6-18 business days
Canada - 6 to 14 business days
Australia - 6 to 14 business days
Europe - 6 to 18 business days
Asia - 4-10 business days
Rest of the world - 6-14 business days
8. I have received a faulty item, how do I got about exchanging it?
We do our best to provide as much information as possible about our products online. However, your satisfaction is important to us.
In the case of defective items or wrong sizing, you may exchange your orders (with all tags attached) that has not been altered or washed within 30 days of your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 'Exchange' as the subject. We will respond within 24 hours.
Please take note that all shipping costs will be borne by you.
